These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and WiseeuCom, operated by ADRIANA LÚCIA DE SOUSA COSTA ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the wiseeucom.help website and our bakery and delivery services.

1. Services

We provide bakery products and services including but not limited to custom cakes, donuts, pastries, breads, rolls, bagels, delivery, and wholesale. The specific scope of each order will be confirmed at the time of ordering.

2. Payment Terms

  • Custom Orders: A deposit may be required for custom cake orders. The remaining balance is due upon pickup or delivery.
  • Wholesale: Payment terms for wholesale orders will be agreed in writing.
  • Late Fees: Invoices not paid within the agreed period may be subject to late fees as specified in the invoice.

3. Orders & Cancellation

Custom cake orders should be placed with sufficient advance notice. Cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

4. Delivery

We offer same-day delivery in Póvoa de Varzim and the surrounding area, and one-day delivery to the wider region. Delivery terms and fees will be confirmed at checkout or when placing your order.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our products and services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. You irrevocably consent that the courts of Portugal shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising in connection with these terms.
